The KCVAO currently operates two (2) state Veteran homes; The Kansas Soldiers’ Home (KSH) at Fort Dodge and the Kansas Veterans’ Home (KVH) at Winfield.  At each of these locations we continually recruit for:  Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, Certified Nurse Aides, Certified Medication Aides, Food Service Workers, and Housekeepers.

Our Veteran Services Program hires Veterans who are interested in assisting other Veterans in one of our Field Offices located throughout Kansas or within the Mobile Office Program.  We also staff four (4) state Veteran cemeteries.
