A New Mobile Office in Town

Great news! The Kansas Commission on Veterans Affairs Office announces the arrival of our new mobile services van. It is the third van in the enhanced veterans benefits fleet and will serve veterans throughout the state. Some updated features include mobile high speed internet utilizing a 4G cellular data network, greater interior office clearance and the addition of a second desk for assisting veterans. Like the previous vans, this one was paid for by proceeds from the Kansas Lottery veteran scratch tickets. In addition to purchasing the mobile office, over $15 million has been received by state agencies to help with National Guard educational needs, fund the Kansas Veterans Home and Kansas Soldiers Home, and maintain the veterans cemetery system. If you see the mobile office parked in your town, please stop in and say hello to our veteran services representatives. Or if you would like to schedule the van to attend your event or function, call Brian Kronewitter at 785-260-3100.
